How the Flameless Bleed Device Works
The flameless release device consists of two parts, an explosion-proof plate and a fire suppression module. The explosion-proof plate (bursting disc) responds to the rapid increase in deflagration pressure and immediately opens to reduce the pressure. When the inflated fireball passed the open explosion-proof board, it was intercepted by the fire suppression module. The frame-supported stainless steel precision mesh plays a three-dimensional flame catching role and extinguishes the flame. The fire suppression module eliminates deflagration flames, reduces the temperature of hot gases, and captures burning and unburned dust through open explosion-proof panels.
The flameless bleed device realizes flame extinguishment, dust retention and pressure and temperature control. The safety device can be applied indoors to meet the requirement that the impact of the explosion cannot be directly discharged into the room.
Five safety features of the flameless bleeder:

? Eliminate the external secondary ignition and the continuous explosion that it may cause to the equipment.
? Dust retention-captures processed substances and eliminates potentially harmful substances from entering the environment.
? Eliminate high pressure-buffer the peak of explosion pressure, protect people and the surrounding environment, including buildings, from the threat of explosion pressure.
? Temperature control-Absorbs the fireball, but the temperature of the surrounding environment hardly rises.
