The following parameters are required:
Blasting caliber
2. Bursting pressure
3.Blasting temperature
4. Working medium (whether corrosive, flammable or explosive, gas or liquid)
5.Working pressure (operating pressure of equipment in normal operation)
6. Design pressure (maximum pressure on the equipment),
7. Whether there is negative pressure or vacuum.
8. What standard is the flange, a few kilograms
Non-standard flange requires customer to provide: flange inner diameter, outer diameter, bolt hole center circle diameter, each hole size, hole number.
Tip: The burst pressure should be greater than the working pressure (the pressure at which the equipment operates under normal conditions) and less than or equal to the design pressure (the maximum pressure on the equipment).
